Bed and Breakfast Policies
We have a couple of very simple rules that are ensconced within the house:
Our check-in time is between 4pm-8pm. If you will be late, please let us know in advance.
We understand that life happens and situations change. As a small bed and breakfast, we are sensitive to revenue swings from bookings. With this in mind, our cancellation policy states that if you contact us 24 hours in advance, you will not be billed for your stay. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, you will be charged for one evening of your stay. Should you cancel after checking in (this has happened), you will be charged for your first day and the second day (if you have booked for multiple days). The remainder of your stay will not be charged.
For room bookings, with the exception of our twin room, each room has one bed. We can provide cots for a third person, preferably a child of the family. No other accommodations are available for children, other than the cot. Adults who book as a third will incur an additional charge of $25 a night, which will be applied toward the total cost of the room.
There are no more than three persons per room.
We are proud to offer pet friendly accommodations, but pets must be good boys or girls. Please note that ferrets, snakes, or iguanas are not allowed.
