We have a couple of very simple rules that are ensconsed with the house:
Our check in time is between 4pm-8pm. If you will be late, please let us know in advance.
We understand that life happens and situations change. We are a small bed and breakfast and we are very sensitive to revenue swings from bookings. With this in mind, our cancellation policy holds that if you contact us 24 hours in advance, you will not be billed for your stay. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, you will be charged for one evening of your stay. If you cancel after you check in (this has happened) you you will be charged for your first day and the second day (if you have booked for multiple days). The remainder of your stay will not charged.
For room bookings, with the exception of our twin room, each room has one bed. We have cots that can be provided for a third person. It is preferable that this be the child of the family. No other accommodations are available for children, other than the cot. Adults who book in as a third will be charged an additional $25 a night which will be applied toward the total cost of the room.
There are no more than three persons per room.
We are pet friendly, but they must be good boys or girls. No ferrets, snakes, or iguanas.
